I used the left over variegated yarns from other projects to build this diagonally striped entrelac throw. It’s bright so many colors, it will accent any decor and bring a smile. Someone leaving for college no other dorm room will have one like it, it’s one of a kind. Moth-proof, perfect for the cottage or fall hunting trips. The entrelac method makes it very durable. Size 46″ x 50″. Easycare: machine wash & dry. All my work is prayerfully crafted in a pet free, smoke free environment.
This afghan started as an experiment, and grew and grew and grew. Using 2 shades of yarn, and a variegated yarn of both shades, this triple thick blanket is a fit for a twin bed. It took more than 65 hours to finish and lots of yarn. Easy care: machine wash, tumble dry. The shades match those of the 3 lilac bushes in my yard, though i couldn’t get the colors to come out right in my photos. This afghan is made to last a lifetime and wear like iron. Everything is prayerfully crafted in my non-smoking, pet free home. (every square a prayer). Thank you for visiting my shop.
About 42 square in shades of blue and green. Perfect for lap or shoulders while reading. This is another pattern, that became addictive as i continued working from the center out. I only finished when i ran out of the mary maxim prism yarn. I couldn’t wait to finish to see how the colors changed from row to row. As always, machine wash, machine dry. (don’t stretch it when wet). Lovingly made in my pet free, smoke free home.
This red, white and blue afghan, made with a combination of tunisian and entrelac, is so tightly crocheted that it should “wear like iron”. It looks like it will last forever and will get softer with each wash. Easycare: machine wash and dry (or scrunch dry) do not stretch while wet. Colors: red, white and blue. Other color combinations on request, i’ve done browns which i referred to as “coffee bar”, greens (“greensleeves”). Moth-proof which makes it perfect for a cottage, winter or summer home. Prayerfully crafted in a smoke-free, pet-free environment. Thank you for visiting my shop.
I made this afghan in the log cabin quilt style of thick chunky yarn. The antique wine and colonial blue colors will modestly compliment almost any room color scheme. Its small enough to snuggle under on a sofa. Add a touch of luxury to living room, family room, den, library or your favorite rocker. Size: approx 48″ x 56″. Machine wash, machine dry, fabric softener recommended. Do not stretch when wet.
This hexagon shaped afghan in neutral earth tones is perfect for covering sofa or bed. It’s light enough to be used as a throw on a chilly summer night. The colors will bring the brightest room back to earth. It is 66″ side to side; 80″ point to point. I couldn’t figure out why i kept salivating while working on it, then it dawned on me that the shades are those of my favorite chocolate bar, chocolate, caramel and nougat. Machine wash & dry. All my work is prayerfully crafted in a pet free, smoke free environment.
